Mom In Balance

FAQ

  • Direct debit

Payments are processed via direct debit and each period is charged in advance. As of January 1, 2026, Mom in Balance uses 28-day (4-week) billing periods. From the start date of your membership, you will be charged for the upcoming 4-week period.

For example: if you start on February 7, your payment will be charged every 4 weeks from that date.

    Changing your bank account number

You may notify us of changes to your account number. We will settle this as soon as possible for you.

Putting payments on hold during maternity period or injury

If your membership is paused due to maternity leave or injury, your payments will be temporarily stopped. Direct debit will resume as soon as your membership is reactivated. Any overpaid portion of your current 4-week period will be automatically adjusted.

You can reactivate your membership yourself through your Member Account. More information can be found under ‘Pausing your membership’.

    Delivery before the due date

If you gave birth earlier and have therefore overpaid for your ongoing 4-week period, simply submit your actual delivery date in your Member App. Our system will automatically adjust this once your Back in Shape membership is activated.

    Reimbursement Health Care Insurer

Some health care insurers reimburse (part of) the Pregnant workout membership fee (and sometimes the Back in Shape workouts as well). You can check your insurance policy and/or contact your insurer for more information. Invoices can be downloaded from your Member account.

    Corporate fitness (Bedrijfsfitness Nederland)

With some employers, participation in Mom in Balance is possible through corporate fitness or employee wellbeing programs. Eligibility depends on the agreements your employer has with their corporate fitness provider.

    • Check your employer’s fitness or wellbeing scheme via HR.

    • If your employer is connected, you can register through their platform.

    • Any financial benefit will be settled through your salary or employer contribution, depending on the arrangement.
