Direct debit
Payments are collected via direct debit, and the amount per period is charged in advance.
We work with periods of 28 days (4 weeks). From the start date of your membership, you pay for each upcoming period of 4 weeks. For example, if your membership starts on 7 February, the amount will be collected every 4 weeks from that date.
Failed direct debit
If a direct debit payment fails, we will automatically attempt to collect the amount again within a few days.
Changing your bank account number
Would you like to change your bank account number? Please inform us, and we will process the change as soon as possible.
Pausing payments during maternity leave or injury
When your membership is paused due to maternity leave or an injury, payments will be temporarily suspended. The direct debit will resume once your membership is reactivated. Any amounts already collected within the current period of 4 weeks will be settled accordingly.
You can reactivate your membership yourself via your Member account.
More information about pausing your membership can be found under ‘Pause Membership’.
Early delivery
Have you delivered earlier than expected and therefore paid too much for (part of) a period of 4 weeks?
Please enter your delivery date in your Member App. Our system will automatically settle this as soon as your Back in Shape membership is activated.
Health insurance reimbursement
The Pregnant Workout (and in some cases also Back in Shape) is partially or fully reimbursed by certain health insurance providers. Please check your policy or contact your insurer for more information. You can easily download your invoices via your Member account.
Corporate fitness
At some employers, participation in Mom in Balance is possible via corporate fitness or corporate health programs. Whether you are eligible depends on the agreements your employer has with a corporate fitness provider.
Please check with your employer or HR department for the available options.
If your employer is affiliated, you can register via their platform. The benefit will then be processed through your salary or an employer contribution, depending on the arrangement.
