Quickly recover & ready for the next workout?


If you exercise regularly, you want results, right? Getting fitter and stronger is a nice reward for hard work. And don't forget the endorphins; a positive mindset just comes with it! But sometimes results take a little longer to come. Or you don't recover well, for example. With these tips you will recover faster from your workout and be ready for the next one!

Nutrition


After your workout, catch up, shower at home and move on again, recognizable? Don't forget to eat after your workout and replenish your nutrients. Have a meal within half an hour to forty-five minutes after your workout. Choose a meal with protein and carbohydrates, such as cottage cheese with fruit or oatmeal.

Drink


During your workout, you lose a lot of fluids. Not only water, but also important minerals such as sodium and potassium. Therefore, drinking after your workout is very important. For example, choose coconut water, which contains high levels of potassium and magnesium, also so important. Drink what your body needs, because: your body knows best!
