I am Teddy, mother of Maud (2015) and twins Thom and Youp (2018) and trainer at Mom in Balance Dongen.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also an HR Manager, love to run, as well as go out and have fun with my family. I am inspired by positive women with guts!
