I am Sophia, mother of Malena (2015) and Olivia (2018) and twins (2021) and trainer at Mom in Balance Rotterdam.
Besides Mom in Balance trainer, I also teach basic photography and am a wedding photographer. I am also a bootcamp and bodypump trainer, love to get people excited about what they are doing and transfer my knowledge, energy and experience to them.
