I am Samaneh and I am a trainer at Mom in Balance Rotterdam.
Besides a trainer for Mom in Balance I am a yoga and pilates instructor. I like all movement and sports, it’s something that makes you healthy and happy! I also love sports that boosts adrenaline.
One day I like to try sky diving🙃
In my free time, I like to walk in nature, meditate and relax. One of my favourite ways to relax is by listening to music. I am inspired by challenges, nature, animals, adventure, travel and visiting new places.
