My name is Sabine, I'm the mother of Deney (born in 2001) and Miko (born in 2003), and I'm a trainer at Mom in Balance in Amsterdam. I also work as a lifestyle coach, helping women boost their energy and vitality. I stay fit with strength training, and I love to relax during a walk with my dog or a (healthy) lunch with friends. I'm inspired by women who give themselves the attention they deserve. I'm happy to contribute to that during workouts in the park!
