Romana Elshof

I am Romana Elshof, mother of Bram (2016) and Lucas (2018) and trainer at Mom in Balance Zaanstreek-Waterland.

Besides Mom in Balance trainer, I am also team manager flex at Olympia inhouse in Amsterdam. I love working out outdoors at Mom in Balance, as well as doing fun activities with my kids and husband and socialising with family and friends. I also like watching series and being creative with, for example, diamond painting.

I draw inspiration from my children and nature. Outside, I can clear my head and enjoy all the beautiful things I see around me. Hope to see you soon in one of our classes!
