I am Paulien, mother of Jogchem (2013), Bastijn (2015) and Roemer (2019) and trainer at Mom in Balance ‘t Gooi.

Besides Mom in Balance trainer, I am an active board member of a foundation that does development work in Congo and am orientating on a new job. I also play hockey and enjoy going outside with our (currently) puppy. I relax by spending time with family and friends and having time for myself. I am inspired by people who live with passion or a good conversation!
