I am Neeltje Copic-Gast, mother of Julie (2012), Vera (2013) and Ben (2015) and trainer at Mom in Balance Eindhoven.
Besides Mom in Balance trainer, I am also location manager of Mom in Balance Eindhoven, pilates instructor and have a ´running´ massage practice. I love to be active outdoors and am not suitable as a couch potatoes. I am inspired by headstrong people and love to be one myself ;-)
