I am Maaike Engelkes, mother of Stefan (2014) and trainer at Mom in Balance for the locations Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also an Advisor and give bootcamp trainings, love to run and cycle, but most of all enjoy life together with my friends and family, and I am especially inspired by enthusiastic people with a wonderful dose of energy they radiate.
