I am Irma, mother of Juul (2020) and trainer at Mom in Balance Den Haag.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer I am a entrepreneur, I love running (from 5km up to a full marathon) but also to do construction chores and to go out for drinks. I am inspired by beautiful holiday destinations, Strava and other athletes.
