My name is Iris, mother to Figo (2011) and Thomas (2014) and trainer to Mom in Balance Utrecht and Amersfoort.
Besides being a trainer for Mom in Balance, I'm also the location manager for Mom in Balance Amersfoort and owner of MTB Center Austerliz. I love to go mountain biking and snowboarding and to go out with friends or to stay at home to watch series. I get inspired by people who follow their passion.
