I am Irene, mother of Rafael (2012) and Emilia (2014) and trainer at Mom in Balance Amersfoort.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer I am also POH GGZ in Blaricum, I love running, and go on a speedpedelec to work, but also to read. I am inspired by being outdoors and in nature.
