I am Irene, mother of Mosi (2020), Jo (2024) and Ted (2025), and a trainer at Mom in Balance Nijmegen.
As well as being a Mom in Balance trainer, I’m also a maths teacher at a VMBO school. I love swimming, running and cycling, as well as doing jigsaw puzzles, going out and about with my little family, discovering new places, and I’m inspired by talking to my children and learning to see the world through their eyes.
