I am Helen, mother of Mandy (1987), Lesley (1989) and Charelle (1992-2011) and trainer at Mom in Balance Twente.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer I am a teacher at an elementary school and ambulant caretaker at a care farm. I love running, road cycling reading and painting. I am inspired by sportsmen who push their boundaries, do not give up and who are positive.
