Helen de Groot
My name is Helen and I am a trainer at Mom in Balance Breda and Oosterhout.
In addition to being a Mom in Balance trainer, I run my own businesses as a freelance management assistant and female-focused fitness trainer. I am very involved in all the phases that the female body goes through during its lifetime, from menstruation and pregnancy to menopause and everything else that comes with it. Food and nutrition are also central to my life. I love trying out new recipes, visiting lots of different shops to find the purest food possible, and organising dinners with friends. I relax by reading a good book (I'm a bit of a history nerd) or exercising myself with strength training or yoga. I draw inspiration from an environment of enthusiastic women who encourage and support each other.
