I am Heleen, mother of Isa (2008), Noraly (2010) and Rozemijn (2013) and trainer at Mom in Balance Alkmaar.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer I am a WMS-specialist at a technical company. I love doing outdoor sports and love to join a MPower lesson, but I also love the hustle and bustle of my family. I am inspired by people who have a positive story.
