I am Cerise, mother of Sofia (2019) and Levi (2021) and trainer at Mom in Balance Gouda (Groene Hart).
In addition to being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also a photographer and breast cancer survivor. I love walking in nature with my family, but also continuing to develop myself, learning new things and being inspired by people, nature, podcasts, books and art.
