I am Caroline, mother of Lars (2019) and Tijs (2022) and trainer at Mom in Balance Oisterwijk.
Besides being a trainer for Mom in Balance, I am also an orthopedic shoe technician, I love cycling and I don’t turn down a get together over food and drinks. I am inspired by my family and by all the power moms I get to teach at Mom in Balance.
