My name is Carme, mother to Isa (1996) and Roxy (1999) and trainer for Mom in Balance Alkmaar.
Besides being a trainer for Mom in Balance, I also work as a prevention assistant. I love cycling, running and yoga. I get inspired by enthusiastic people with drive!
