My name is Alexandra Alphenaar, mother to Daan (2017) and trainer for Mom in Balance Haarlem and Heemstede.
Besides being a trainer for Mom in Balance, I'm also an actress and I give acting lessons at the Youth theatre school in Hoofddorp and at the preliminary education of Lucia Marthas. I enjoy doing yoga and I get inspired by all the Power women I meet while working as an actress and a trainer.
