I am Sophia, mother of Malena (2015) and Olivia (2018) and pregnant with twins (2021) and a trainer at Mom in Balance Rotterdam.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I also teach basic photography and photograph weddings. I am also a bootcamp and bodypump trainer, and I love to inspire people with what they are doing and share my knowledge, energy and experience with them.
