About Maaike Engelkes

I am Maaike Engelkes, mother of Stefan (2014) and trainer at Mom in Balance for the locations Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard.

In addition to being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also an Advisor and I provide bootcamp training, I love running and cycling, but most of all I enjoy life together with my family, friends and loved ones, and I am especially inspired by enthusiastic people with a wonderful dose of energy that they radiate.
