I am Heleen, mother of Isa (2008), Noraly (2010) and Rozemijn (2013) and trainer at Mom in Balance Alkmaar.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I work as a WMS specialist at a technical wholesale company, I love exercising outdoors and enjoy taking an Mpower class, but I also really enjoy all the hustle and bustle that my family brings and I am inspired by people with a positive story.
