About Helen Smit

I am Helen, mother of Mandy (1987), Lesley (1989) and Charelle (1992-2011) and a trainer at Mom in Balance Twente.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also a teacher at an NT2 primary school and a mobile support worker at a care farm, I love running hard, but also cycling, reading and painting, and I am inspired by athletes who push their limits, perseverants and positive people.
