About Alexandra Alphenaar

I am Alexandra Alphenaar, mother of Daan (2017) and Roos (2022) and trainer at Mom in Balance Haarlem and Heemstede.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also an actress and teach acting at the Youth Theatre School in Hoofddorp and at the preparatory program of Lucia Marthas. I love doing yoga and I am inspired by all the Powerful Women I get to meet in my work as an actress and trainer.
