Ludovica Caprile

I am Ludovica, mother of Giulia 11 and Alberto 7 trainer at Mom in Balance Amsterdam.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also a class leader at Baby Sensory & Toddler Sense and an art teacher at My little Van Gogh. I love swimming, training and running but also to enjoy the sun and the sea and I am inspired by energetic, active, positive and creative people.
