Your goals as a MIB trainer


To help moms (to-be) in building a strong, energetic life foundation. When you are feeling physically and mentally good about yourself, it is easier to make the right choices, to work on your personal ambitions and enjoy your family. #strongwomenmakeabetterworld

What to expect?


As a future Mom in Balance trainer, you will be educated by our experienced Education team of physiotherapists. During the training, theory will be combined with practice in your region and we will inspire you with our biannual trainer days.

The Mom in Balance trainer course is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, 1.9 CEUs) and by the Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA, 15 CEUs) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider. The trainer course will be finished within 4 to 6 weeks. After finishing the trainer course within 4 weeks, the course has an amount of 10-15 study hours per week.

After obtaining your official Mom in Balance Trainer certificate, you will give PregnantBack in Shape and Mpower workouts, you know how to advise and motivate all moms (to be) and you are able to support members in achieving their personal goals.

We are looking for


  • You are energetic and positive

  • You are fit and have a passion for sports 

  • You enjoy connecting ambitious women at all stages of motherhood

  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy standing in front of a group

  • You are available at least 2 times a week in the weekend and in the evening
